How we work

From your first enquiry to delivery at your door: what happens at each stage, and how long it takes.

1. 1. Tell us what you need

   Request a quote from any product page, or email or call us. Useful to include: the product, quantity, colours, where you’d like the logo, and when you need it. Not sure what to choose? Tell us your budget and the occasion and we’ll suggest options.

2. 2. Quote and advice

   We come back with a price covering the product, branding, setup and delivery, and recommend the best branding method for your logo and product.

3. 3. Artwork

   Send us your logo, ideally as a vector file (AI, EPS, SVG or PDF). If you only have a JPG or PNG, our design team can usually redraw or tidy it for you.

4. 4. Digital proof

   We send a visual showing your logo on the product, with its size, position and colours (matched to your brand colours where needed). Nothing goes into production until you approve it in writing.

5. 5. Production

   Once approved, your order moves into production: printing, embroidery, engraving or full-colour decoration, then finishing, assembly and packing. Every job is checked against the approved proof before it leaves.

6. 6. Delivery

   We deliver throughout Ireland, the UK and Europe, to one address or split across several sites or event venues. See delivery & logistics.

How long does it take?

It depends on the product, the branding method and the quantity. As a guide:

Most orders are ready within one to four weeks of proof approval. Simple printed items from stock are at the quicker end; large runs, multi-position work and products made to your own design take longer. Your quote gives the timing for your job.

Got an event date? Tell us when you first get in touch and we’ll plan the job around it, and say straight away if a date is tight.

Minimum orders, setup and pricing

• Prices on our website are per unit, excluding VAT, for a 1-colour logo in 1 position.
• More colours, extra positions or larger designs increase the price. We’ll include them in your quote.
• A one-off setup charge (screens, plates or embroidery disc) applies to new artwork.
• Minimum quantities vary by product. Website prices start from 10 pieces for most clothing and 50 for most promotional items. Ask us if you need fewer.
